Typical treatment takes anywhere from 6 – 15 sessions, depending on the issues you want to address and your goals.
The greatest determiner of the duration of therapy is your willingness to do the work necessary to create change in your life.
It is necessary to tell your therapist the information that pertains to the issues you want to address. Your therapist cannot read your mind.
Information about your past will help them understand how you function and see the world around you. So, the more transparent you can be, the faster you can get to work!
Therapy can be uncomfortable. It can be scary to open yourself up and be vulnerable to a stranger. However, as you get to know your therapist and share what impacts you and your daily life, you’ll start challenging yourself to do things differently, and your life will start getting better.
Yes. We accept Aetna, Cigna and Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you are unsure if we take your insurance or if your plan covers sessions, give us a call and we can verify your benefits for you at no charge.
Private pay for sessions varies depending on your therapist. Our rates rage from $95 to $150. We do offer reduced rates on a case-by-case basis.
We usually have availability within one week of you contacting us.
Yes, we offer online sessions. Most of our therapists offer both online and in-person options.
You will store a payment method in your profile, and your therapist will charge the card at the time of the session. You can use your HSA, debit, or credit card.
Life happens! We get that. We ask that appointments be canceled (when possible) at least 24 hours before the start time of the session.
If you cancel your appointment 3-24 hours before your session, you’ll be charged a late-cancellation fee of $75.
If you cancel your appointment less than one hour before your appointment time, you will be charged the full session fee.
